Furthermore has the TUV AUSTRIA AUTOMOTIVE Approval for Management Systems (Development & Production) of body parts for 4x4 vehicles.

Specifically, for your on-road and off-road safety, our company uses high-quality stringent alloys with strict quality standards and testing controls, to manufacture the side bases as well as the fitting brackets to mount the product in the vehicle's trunk body.

Another issue relates to the waterproof and the anti-theft capability that is certainly not provided for fake/counterfeit products.

01. The vinyl surface's rear right corner
Check for the company logo (Tessera4x4) on the plastic or metallic label which is placed on the right corner of the vinyl surface to the rear end of roller lid shutter’s main body.

02. The plastic water drainage caps
Check for the plastic water drainage caps, which are located in the rear part of side rail parts (driver & passenger sides) with the embossed mark of Tessera4x4 logo on it.
03. The side plastic caps of the Housing box
Check for the front plastic caps which are placed in the sides of the housing box with the embossed mark of Tessera4x4 logo.
04. The metallic label on the vinyl surface
Check for the metallic label with Tessera4x4 logo which is placed on the vinyl surface to the rear end of roller lid shutter’s main body.
Valid till 08/2019.
05. The logo tag on the belt
Check for the label of Tessera4x4 logo, which is sewn on the rear belt, which is placed for the smooth opening and closing of roller lid shutter’s main body.
06. The locking system's plastic cap cover
Check the plastic cap cover with Tessera4x4 logo under the roller lid shutter’s locking mechanism.
07. The water level indicator
Check for the built in red Water level indicator with Tessera4x4 logo on the housing box of the roller lid shutter.

08. The Anti-leaf technology sieve
Check for the Anti-Leaf technology system of the protective sieve (visible through the Water level indicator) which is inside the housing box.
09. The logo on the locking system sliding cover
Check for the embossed Tessera4x4 logo on the sliding cover of new ultimate locking system (Available from 2nd semester of 2020)
Performing all these steps the chances of encountering a counterfeit product are minimized. We are giving emphasis in the protection of our customers, against ending up with a fake cheap alternative product of lower quality and serious safety issues.
